Hi There,

We just released a new update with the following features and bug fixes: En Español AQUI (https://r1.slashkey.com/forum/showthread.php?t=667470)

1. 13 St Patrick decors: 3 as gifts, 6 at the top of the St. Patrick's category at the store, and 4 at the bottom.

2. Next 8 Farm Expansions for Farm 50: See prices below:

Upgrade 28 x 28: 88 Billion Coins or 30 Farm Cash
Upgrade 30 x 30: 89 Billion Coins or 30 Farm Cash
Upgrade 32 x 32: 90 Billion Coins or 40 Farm Cash
Upgrade 34 x 34: 91 Billion Coins or 40 Farm Cash
Upgrade 36 x 36: 92 Billion Coins or 40 Farm Cash
Upgrade 38 x 38: 93 Billion Coins or 40 Farm Cash
Upgrade 40 x 40: 94 Billion Coins or 40 Farm Cash
Upgrade 42 x 42: 95 Billion Coins or 50 Farm Cash

3. 5 Regular Crop tools (32 x 32): Work on up to 1,024 crops at once. These tools are for regular crop fields that are NOT overlapped, if you have overlapped fields in all your farms you should buy the EX versions instead.

4. New Belts and Dans for the next 8 Facilities: Sauna Supplies Factory, Truck Supplies Factory, Camel Goods Factory, Farm Machinery Supplies, Voting Center Supplies, Campaign Office Supplies, Costume Factory and Window Blinds Factory.

5. Improvements released in the past 3 weeks::

a) Farm Pass 2 contest, with new rewards and goals

b) When you open any Farm Pass screen, we will show a fresh updated information for goals related to gifts, ingredient packs, bonuses and trading warehouse, no need to reload the game anymore

c) When you open any Farm Pass screen, if there are new season goals available they will show up, no need to reload the game anymore

d) Check your own online trading buying limit in the Time Manager tool when mouse over the "Buy Products from Others" option

6. Super Facility Improvements::

a) Increased the amount of extra products that are produced when you work your Super Facility, from 50% of production to 100%

b) Increased the benefit of both Farm Pass (1 and 2) Super Facility rewards from 10% to 30%

Note: These changes will effectively duplicate the amount of Facility Products that you can sell to others and therefore earn for yourself.

Note 2: We are planning to release another improvement soon, when upgrading a facility to a Super Facility, to increase the chances that the selected Super Facility will be of value to you, instead of selecting just 1 random facility, we will select 3 and will allow you to choose which of those 3 you want to upgrade to a Super Facility.

7. Trading Warehouse Improvements::

a) Increased Regular Products period limits by 50%.

b) Increased the benefit of both Farm Pass (1 and 2) Trading Warehouse rewards from 10% to 30%

Note: These changes will effectively duplicate the amount of Regular Products that you can buy or sell in Trading Warehouses.

10. Orthopedic Clinic (FC): Provides Orthopedic Services and can be stocked with products from the Orthopedic Supplies Factory.

11. Radiology Imaging Center (Coins): Provides Radiology Services and can be stocked with products from the Radiology Supplies Factory.

Post Release Updates - March 15th, 12:10AM

- Bugfix: If you have claimed the irrigator reward in Farm Pass 2 to make your crops grow 3 times faster instead of 2 times, and if you have irrigated your crops in the past few days, then after the Farm Pass 2 contest ended, some of your crops may go back from Ready to Not Ready. Remember to reload the game for this fix to work.

Although the fix for this looks small, the changes required for this fix were substantial, so please report any issues you may find related to trading on this thread, also, remember to reload the game to get the new update.

- Bugfix: There were still some scenarios where after performing an operation in a Trading Warehouse, the black message "Loading Offers..." remained in the screen for too long.

I have a suggestion, when Super Neighbouring for friends could there be a way of seeing what work needs doing on what farms so that you don't have to trawl through 40+ farms for each friend?

when in market, to sell regular products and you hit an avatar that has hit their buying limit,, other the other avatars you hit the same message pops up that they hit their limit and can't buy for another xxxx [the exact same time amout as the one you hit who hit their limit] ....... we have to hit play to reload the game to clear this ......... very inconvient when trying to sell to meet FP2 goal .... especially if you unlucky enought to hit another player who hit their limit again [maybe you can give players a pop up notice they hit their limit since most do not know to check their times clock in toolbox]

We can not do refunds through the forums. You will need to contact Support about that.
The regular tools can not be made to act like the flower & tree tools as those are EX types and we already have EX tools for havesting and seeding.

When I first began playing, updates were sometimes 3 months apart. I liked that. It gave me time to earn farm cash to buy new update stuff. The best part though was enjoying the surprise. It made the updates more enjoyable. I prefer enjoying the surprise to stressing out about what day of the month they release them.

I don't remember anything but monthy new releases; but maybe that's just me. Some people don't care one way or the other. In my realm of experience, almost everyone really looks forward to new releases, and are quite disappointed without them. The original planners of the game understood that. I don't like some things now such as not being able to shut down my posts when I want them finished. I have found that creating a farming friends list is very difficult and has affected the trains part of my game, the way I always enjoyed it before. Now that the new releases of decorator items are disappointing, my enjoyment with creativity has waned as well. Not releasing up-dates with new facilities once a month is just another disappointment. It seems to me priorities have changed, and the things that made people love their farms are becoming less apparent.

We have never been promised a monthly release. I've been playing since April 2009 and new releases have been roughly every 4-6 weeks. There have been stretches when it was longer than 6 weeks due to issues that came up (many times Facebook problems). When they had to convert to HTML5 there were several months without a release.

I'm happy that I have new facilities to go play with. :)

I am having a very big problem. I load the game, and when I move from my default farm to another farm the Farm selector dissapears and I am not able to move to anyother farm without reloading the game. After I move I cannot get into the quests. I get an error saying I have to be level 20 for them to be available, I am level 1525. I also get multiple messages about a cargo ship finished loading a container. I get rid of the message and the same message comes back 3 more times. I have cleared that MEMCASH and shut down the game and my computer. I do see some yellow warnings in the loading menu below the game window everytime I reload The game is un-playable this way. Thanks for your help
