My Facilities or Decorative Buildings are missing!

• This is your preferences icon which you will find top right of your game screen. Click on it and it will open your Preferences window.
  
  Make sure there is a check mark in the box for ALL of the following AND Show Farm Cash Items AND Show Coin Items.
  
  Show Farm Pass Decors - decorations you earned in the Farm Pass Feature. Currently all Farm Pass Decor are Coin Items.
  Show Seasonal Decors - Any seasonal decorations like Halloween, Easter, Mothers Day, Fathers Day etc. Can be both coin items and Farm Cash Items.
  Show Decorations - Decorations you may have bought from the Farm Decor, Fences, People, Motion, Furniture, Flags, Winter, Fun and Other sections of the Store. Can be both coin items and Farm Cash Items.
  Show Buildings - For decorative buildings and houses that can be bought from the Building section of the Store. Can be both coin items and Farm Cash Items.
  Show Regular Facilities - For Regular Facilities and Non-Workable Facilities. Can be both coin items and Farm Cash Items.
  Show Service Facilities - For Service Facilities. Can be both coin items and Farm Cash Items.
  
  
  
  
  If a check mark is not in the box for each of those preferences, add the ones you need to see, then click on the green check mark at the bottom of the Preferences window to save the change.
  
  
  
• If you clicked on any type of building and used the "Hide" option from the menu OR you used the "Hide Tool"
  (looks like a closed eye) in the tool box to hide them you need to do one of the following:

  If you only have one farm, you need to click on "Play" to reload your game and the hidden items will show back up.
  
  If you have 2 farms or or more you can refresh your farm instead of clicking on "Play" to reload the whole game. In this case you will see a green grid top left of your game screen titled "SHOW NAMES". Underneath that, each of the rectangles represents one of your farms. The one that is coloured yellow represents the farm you are currently on, click on it and it will reload that farm. Hover over that grid and it will expand so you can see it easier and have a bigger rectangle to click on. Or you can click on "SHOW NAMES" and it will show you a big window listing all your farms. Just click on the name of the farm you want to refresh or go to.

• Check your Item Storage to be sure you did not put them into storage.
  
  
  
• If none of the above help, try clearing your Browser Cache then reload the game and check again for the missing items.
