My animals are gone!

• This is your preferences icon which you will find top right of your game screen. Click on it and it will open your Preferences window.
  
  To only search for working animals on your farm (hens, cows, goats, sheep, llama etc) it's best to turn off all the other Show Items as they can be hidden behind or under other Items on the farm.
  
  Remove all the check marks in the upper section of Preferences and leave the check marks on Show Farm Cash Items and Show Coin Items. Some working animals cost coins, some cost Farm Cash.
  
  
  
  If a check mark is not in the box for each of those preferences, add them, then click on the green check mark at the bottom of the Preferences window to save the change.
  
  
  
• The animals may be all at the same spot on the screen on top of each other. This can happen if you click to buy them too fast as animated animals are slow to load unlike decorative animals that can be bought in other sections of the Store or earned in Farm Pass. This can also happen if you have not enabled the Freeze Animals option in preferences as they will be free to wander around your farms.
  
  Open your toolbox and click on the yellow hand to use it then click on an animal and move it to a new spot to see if there is one underneath. When you are done with the tool, click the green man to stop using it. That's not to say that they won't start wandering around on their own while the game is open and maybe end up on top of each other again. But at least you will be able to see them and they will all be accounted for every day when you first log in. To stop the animals from wandering around go to your preferences and add a check mark for "Freeze Animals" then click the green check mark to save.
  
  
  
• Check your Item storage to be sure you did not put them into storage.
  
  
  
• To see your Animal Buildings if you are placing animals to put into Animal Sheds on your farm you will need to enable the Show Animal Buildings option and make sure that Show Farm Cash Items and Show Coin Items still have check marks as there are Animals shed that can be harvested costing both coin and Farm Cash.
  
  
  
  Remember that when you make changes to your Preferences that you need to click on the green check mark at the bottom of the Preferences window to save the change.
  
  
• If none of the above help, try clearing your Browser Cache then reload the game and check again for the missing items..
