Start now..........avoid the rush.
1- get coins counted and determine if you will be spending real money to max out the size - then check to see if farm #6 is released yet.
2- consider which of the current facilities you may want to purchase or perhaps purchase a second (like the dairy plant to make cheese, or another wine cellar) then check to see if farm #6 is released yet.
