I have the same problem...I don't see any of the free offers either. Just start a new account and work your way up again. The initial levels move up super quick and the FC comes rolling in! I also found that I can see the free FC offers in the new account

That's what I did. I started using hubby's account to earn FC. But I have already spent a few hundred on buying FC so figured I was due a break. Now I can sell harvests to him for factories, means less planting and time .. wooo hooo
