The easiest way I can explain what happened is for you to go to the
Help and Support section of the forums.....then in there go to
"OFFICAL: Quests". Find page 89 and read posts numbered 889, 890, 891, 895, and 896. It happened to me and a friend and these are the posts and explanation of what happened to your 8th quest.
