Your numbers are incorrect. There is only 100,000 between 800 and 801 as an example. Your level 818 is
62,912,000.
You are correct in the fact that it will take more experience between levels for levels from 801 through 825. There have been many suggesting that this be done.
The correct amounts will be listed tomorrow in the Game Guide chapter when the mods have time to create the new page for them.
