The green sprinkler doesn't have a time. I clicked on it again and it says there's nothing to irrigate on this farm. I just now added 4 plots of tomatoes and it still says nothing to irrigate on this farm. The time for the tomatoes is 1.6 days until they are grown. It's not irrigating anything on that farm.
I'll wait until tomorrow and see if anything changes. Thanks.

When you are on that farm hover your mouse over the green mobile sprinkler. Does it tell you that you can irrigate plants or does it show a time before you can irrigate? If it shows a time then you will not be able to irrigate those trees until that time is up.
As those trees only have about 11 hours until they are ready I would suggest you wait until after they are ready, harvest them and then try to irrigate them after that.
