I use Firefox with the classic version of Facebook and do not have any problems with the gifts. It has been brought up before that changing to the new format for Facebook helps to get gifts correctly, but we have not found this to be absolutely true. Facebook may make this a mute point when they make us all switch and stay on the new format.
All of a sudden when I send back gifts, I get an error message every time and the words do not show up to tell me what is wrong. This started yesterday and continues today. Please help. Thanks, Jackie
