Unable to send gifts from gift page and unable to boost trains.
This is not a now and then again problem, it has been going on since the new upgrade or new game has started, day one, every day. I am unable to send neighbors gifts with the gift page, neighbors names will not show up to click on. Also on boosting trains, neighbors names will not show up so I can have them boost my trains. The place where names should show up is empty with a circle turning on it.
