Hi winniechanjeewei,
You have your ID in your signature in your forum profile. It is the same for both Facebook and the website. Go to the User CP and click on Edit Signature in the drop down menu. Write down the number part of that link to your farms on Facebook.
Then you need to use the Support email to send a ticket to Support including your ID number.
