We are in chat server 20 too and we do not have any problems.
Have you restarted your router/modem for a few minutes?

If nothing works for you then as you know there are many links between you and the Farm Town servers. Anyone of those links could be having traffic problems that is slowing down your data transfer. Unfortunately we have no control over those links.
