The farm owner can only set 1 farm at a time with design privilages.
So your superneighbor has to click in your picture in the neighbors bar below the game screen and then click in Edith Superneighbor.
Then under Permanently Hired for Design option they have to change the farm for designing purposes.
Then click in the green check mark to save changes.
When you then visit their farms, you will see the red dot for the farm you have design privilages. |
