The information I gave to you was provided by the developers and it is included in the first post of this thread.
All of us have an ID number in the game. You can find yours by scrolling down the game page and you will see Your User ID number is:xxxxx
That is the number I was talking about.
If you had 3 neighbors with short id numbers, let say they had 10 digits each one for a total of 30 digits and then you delete them and add 2 neighbors with 15 digits each one in their id numbers, they both had a total of 30 digits. That is why you are not able to add another one.
