Hi CeejayF,
I moved your post to the thread about loading issues. Your picture is to small to tell what the error message is. However it is not a game wide issue as all the servers are up.
It is likely a connection problem somewhere between you and the servers.
Please be sure your browser and operating system are up to date. After any update it is always better to restart your computer.

If nothing works for you, then it could be an internet issue. Usually most internet providers have a few paths from them to outside world. If the one that links to the FT servers is down or have heavy traffic then they can't get to their farms but other things will work for you.
