If you are having problems loading the game and/or woki g farms please be sure your browser and operation system are up to date. Chrome and Edge browsers have updated to Version 138.

If nothing works for you, then it could be an internet problem somewhere between you and the game servers that is causing data to be lost. Between you and the servers are many links that the data for the game has to travel through to get to and from the server. Any one of those links having a problem or heavy traffic can cause slowed down or lost data transfer.
About Support they are updating their ticket system and we do not know how long it will take.
