You can always purchase another facility and put it on another farm. You can have more than one facility to process items, but it needs to be on a separate farm. I have 2 windmills to process flour.

I accidentally sold off my cheese. Now I cant produce it fast enough for pizzas and sandwiches.

That isn't a bad idea O.o like just like the semi trailer to order meats we could use coins to buy goods at the stores.. maybe it could be incorporated into the market place...

Just work someone else's facility. They maybe making cheese, therefore you would get some extra cheese that way.

With the facilities, gaining coins and buying XP items is actually a lot easier now. The major limitation is tomatoes to maxing out the facilities. Its impossible (and I literally mean impossible) to grow enough tomatoes to max out the facilities every day. If you apply a business mentality to the game instead of a game mentality, its not that hard to get to 20M in a hurry if your end product is XP.
