you're absolutely right, it's not an official holiday ... but, I think it's more widely celebrated worldwide than many of the other holidays that we get decorations. For instance our turkeys and Thanksgiving items are solely U.S., not in time for even Canada's Thanksgiving day. And Valentine's Day isn't a true holiday either but we had wonderful decorations and in plenty of time.

I'm getting concerned now that there's more to the update delay than meets the eye. Hope I'm wrong.
