OFFICIAL Game Not loading/WebGL disabled/frequent crashes

I have not been able to log in to my farms since early this morning. I have tried a few times and I get the message FT is taking too long to log in. my ID 100000227546325 build #471. Thanks I hope you can help me Trina (Garden Goddess)

Are you using a saved link in your computer?

Asking this as you should be in Build 611 not 471

Please use this link to log into the game:

Also be sure that your browser is up to date and check if you have any pending update for your computer.
After any update it is always better to restart your computer.

I have a save link...which has worked fine until today. I use chrome and had written down what my build number was. I may have an update soming up. I am so frustrated....not real computer save

Just take it easy Trina, first try the link I gave you and if it works, then change the one you have saved, maybe it is corrupted.

If the link doesnt work, then check for updates. I also use Chrome and had no problems loading your farms.

I tried the link it saays content is not available. the I may being trying to share content with too small a group. I have never changed who I share with since I started.

Which link is telling you content not available?

The link I gave you is only to log in and will only give you the page to type your credentials to enter the game.

If you got content not available that sounds from facebook not the game, did you try to share something to facebook?

I tried the link with suggestions....clear my memory shut my computer down tried typing my link...I love google chrome and hate firefox. I maay need to get some outside help to figure out. Take

Trina, you are posting different problems.


Your first post was about you were not able to log in the game since this morning.
For that problem, you have to check updates for your browser and for your operating system and restart your computer after any update.
I also provided you with a link to try more suggestions in case the updates were not the problem.
Also I gave you the link to log in the game as your saved link could be corrupted.

Then you posted that you were getting Content not available which makes me think you were able to log into the game. That has nothing to do with loading the game.
That is something from Facebook not the game and facebook shows up it when you try to post a link or to share a link to any facebook group.
If that is your problem now, then you have to check it with facebook as the game has nothing to do with it.

Also, remember that if you are trying to share a link or post then it has to be set to public.

i think game servers misbehaving again,, game went poof,, after reloading got back but now can't go online

Game went poof on me during a great hire! Servers acting up again? says to "click green tick to reconnect or red cancel button to continue in offline mode" - won't reconnect no matter how many times I click green tick.
