A maxed out dairy plant will give you 1080 cheese so 9 will give you 9720 cheeses. You should have enough cheese to fill your facilities every time you fill them, if you only have one of each. I would suggest that you sell some of the duplicate facilities and that should solve your cheese problem.

Have you computed how many semis you'd have to own to have enough chicken and meat to max out facilities? Just curious. Of course it's a little bit different than with the cheese, since your neighbors can help you make cheese, but not chicken.

I have 5 Trucks and have never run out of there ingredients posting twice daily

Thanks for the reply! I have only one truck now, and was wondering how many more I might need. Since I don't have all the facilities, and only post once or twice a week these days, maybe I can get by with just one or two more!
