Petrochemical Barrel Supply

Hi,

Could you examine the Petrochemical Barrel Supply - by my calculation you would need 10 oil refineries (FC) and 3 Train cars (FC) to be able to produce enough to meet production needs of my facilities. I only added 1 Boat Factory and 1 Currency Factory....
