whats wrong with the facilitys manager, it wont load dodo plus I still cant get 5 trains to boost

Check your fuel for the facility manager loading. It requires fuel for any of the Start and Load tools to work.
Are you missing the boost button or missing the names in the list after clicking the button?
If you are missing the button:
After you have dispatched your train, close the Train Status then reopen and see if the boost button is there. If it still isn't restart your farm and then see if it is there.
If you are missing the names in the list then this is a Facebook problem and they are working on it.
