One of my neighbours has vanished from the list of neighbours with whom I can trade products. They haven't stopped playing or deleted their farm and they're still in my list of neighbours but they're just not in fac chains.

I've run the memcache, updated the browser and cleared history, but none of that has worked. They're just gone.

They may not have any facility chains or they may have not imported so they do not have room for you to export to them.
