Your red mobile sprinkler is in the Tools section of your Item Storage where it should be kept so the game knows you own it and it can be used on any of your farms. When you own more than one different mobile sprinkler the toolbox will only show you 2 of them, the one for watering only flowers (brown) and the most upgraded one that you own as that can water flowers and do the jobs of all the previous ones you own.
