I had 302 gifts. Exchanged all 100 at a time and 100 went away.

I'm sorry this happened to you but there is no way for us to check it.

You can run memcache, you have the link below the game screen where it says Clear Memcache in blue before trying to accept more gifts.
You will see a list of unsettings, close those and reload your farms.

Also, if you wish you can contact Support to let them know.

How do I request Bait?
In the old game (before slashkey) I could resquest in the gift section.
I no longer have that option.

Hi Elsie,
You have to request it from the Gift Box. You need to accept one bait if you have one in the list of pending or exchange and accept it if you don't. Then in the gift box click on More in the bait box. Do that before you store it.

Good Morning. Not sure this problem belongs here, but as it is new today ...
I'm losing gifts. Accepted ALL .. but when I go to My Gifts tab, there is nothing there. Another farmer in my house had the same thing happen earlier.
The gift tool box Manager says I have 10, but when I go into the My Gifts tab, there is only the 4 ingredients sent to me.
and yes, I ran Memcache after it happened, to no avail

I moved your post to the Help & Support thread about gifts as this has nothing to do with the current release. I am not sure what is going on there, but we have no way to check on this for you as we do not get data on gifts you accept. Nor can I duplicate this.

You can contact Support about this by sending them an email to Support@slashkey.com and see if they can duplicate it.

I use (gift site name removed) to restock my fuel, because I just keep running out when working on other people's farms.

About 12 hours ago, the gifts stopped appearing in my gift box. It was fine up until then.

I've cleared my farmtown cache, and my browser cash, but still the gifts aren't getting to my gift box.

Any ideas as to why this is happening?

If I don't have fuel, I don't get work. I don't earn enough XP to level up, or coins to expand farms and decorate. Pretty much kills the experience.
