How do I tell who is actually playing on my team.. I only see list on the left with only my neighbors. is it moarked in any way

I moved your post to the Help & Support thread about the Neighborhood Chains Contest to answer you. Please do not post questions or problems in the Suggestions section as that is only for posting suggestions for changes/additions to the game.
Only your neighbors will be on your team. All the information about the NCC is available in the Game Guide chapter 31 about the contest:

I have an issue with my Neighborhood Chain - it isn't showing what I have done everyday. I post, usually, twice a day on the chain, but for some reason, my posts have not shown any results. I first thought it was a glitch and would be fixed shortly. Today, it won't let me get on the facilities to work them. Help. Thank you.

I just cleared your Neighborhood data. Please close your farms and then reopen the game and see if it was fixed.

I am working this new quest but it's not showing up that i've done it. This happened last month, I think, and you fixed it for me but what am I doing wrong? Last week was fine, but this week is not. My totals section on the main page is grayed out. i can't access it.

I moved your post from Suggestions to Help and Support for NCC thread to be able to respond to you.

Please do not post problems or questions in Suggestions as that section is only for new ideas for the game. Instead, please come to Help and Support and try to find the official thread that fits with your problem.

I cleared your NCC data, please close and reopen your game to get the fix.

Im not sure why you are getting this problem but see if your are doing the following:

To claim your Reward: When the contest is over you click on the bright blue dice. The "Contest Info" window will display the four facilities that were in the contest, what Rank your neighbourhood finished in and your rewards. Here is an example of a reward >>



You click the blue "Claim Rewards" button to claim your prize, your farm cash if you earned any will be added and your products sent to storage. Then the window will display the next four facilities for the new contest.

If you are Ranked in the top three places, you will also have an opportunity to thank the 10 most contributing neighbours to your chain. You will be reminded to do this when you click the "Claim Rewards" button, you then click on the second tab "My Neighbourhood Chains" . You will see the blue "Thanks" button next to each picture, click on each of them to send the thanks. Then you can go back to the first tab "Contest Info" click the "Claim Rewards" and claim your rewards. The thanks you receive for helping a neighbour rank in the top 3 at the end of the contest will also give you rewards and we will also adjust the quantity of your rewards based on the final rank of that neighbour and also how much more you helped that neighbour compared to others.
