I see you have 10/15 needed. Please note that if you do multiple help notes for one farmer they only count as 1 for the goal. The goal is to help 15 farmers.

I passed the level to get a facility ingredient. I had no Diamond Vases, so I selected it, spun the wheel and it came up with 1730. After I reloaded the game multiple times, I still have no Diamond Vases.

Please help me get this product.

I moved your post to the thread about the farm pass. Are you sure you didn't refill your services during that time and use them already? I am sorry, but we can not restore any items through the forums.

When claiming rewards, we have the possibility of sorting items to facilitate our choice of reward. However, sorting items according to quantities in storage does not always function properly.

Hey there,

I noticed tonight that I'm only getting bonus products from Farm Pass on fish... I've long surpassed the Farm Pass points required for extra crops/flowers/trees, but on farms I worked that ONLY had those items (no fishing), I was not getting any bonus products.

Has anyone else found this to be the case? I'm almost done with this month's FP goals, so I should be getting bonus products on every type, but I'm only seeing bonuses on fish.

If needed, my farm ID is 1420797879 Build No: 645

Hi Christi,
You would only get those if you are hired by a stranger or hire a stranger to work on your farms. If you are working for a neighbor or buddy you do not get the bonus products. If you didn't see the bonus chest then that would be why you didn't get them.
I have looked at your data and you did get the bonuses for the farms you worked about 20 minuts ago. You would not really be able to pin down an exact amounts all of those extras are a "chance" to get a percentage and not that you would get the extra every time.

Thanks for always replying so quickly. I appreciate how everyone is always quick to offer help.

For that job I completed (that you mentioned), it was not a neighbor or a buddy. I DID see the chest indicating a bonus. What I did NOT get was the Farm Pass bonus products. I KNOW it says a 50% chance of getting extra (fill in the blank) when being hired or hiring for... My experience, however, is that you DO get 50% more of whatever you're harvesting as a Farm Pass bonus. I got that when harvesting fish and chopping trees. I do NOT get that (ever) when harvesting trees, flowers, or crops, despite having way surpassed those levels in Farm Pass goals. Here are two screen shots. All I did was harvest the trees on these farms (non-neighbor, non-buddy) and I got no Farm Pass bonus (like last time when I first posted about this). This has never happened before.

For example, if I harvest trees, and get 100 products, the Farm Pass bonus would give me an extra 50 products. Without fail. Until now. Now, I get the 100 products, but not the 50. EVER.

farm pass seems to be broken, I have a task help in 28 funeral homes, I have worked every neighbor in my my feed, even checked a few farms to see if they have the funeral home via show farm stats some show 2 or 3 owned and I have not been credited as working any at all
