Everything was good until 3 days ago! It started out going very slow now it will not load at all. I tried everything I could find in the forum, I.e. hiding facilities and memory cache. I have tried on 2 different computers and 3 different browsers (Edge, Chrome, Duck Duck Go) Getting ready to give up!

I moved your post to the thread about loading problems. We are not sure why some farmers are affected with this problem. Please be sure that your browser and your computer system are up to date. After any update it is better to restart the computer. Also, you can try to reset your router/modem for a minute and see if that helps you. Asking this as if you clear your browser cache and then you try to load the game with everything showing up in your preferences, then it will take more time to load as all graphics need to be loaded again. Also, at the bottom of that thread, there is a link for Server tests. We need to know: - What do you all get when doing the test. - Which browser your are using if it is up to date. - In case you can load the farm, look at your neighbors bar and click in Chat button to the left. You will then see Chat server and Farm server in red. Let us know which numbers for each of them. - In case you have a saved link to load your farms, please do not use it and instead use this link and see if there is any difference: https://apps.slashkey.com/farmtown/login If nothing works for you, then it could be an internet problem somewhere between you and the game servers that is causing data to be lost. Between you and the servers are many links that the data for the game has to travel through to get to and from the server. Any one of those links having a problem or heavy traffic can cause slowed down or lost data transfer. We do not have any way to check, monitor or control all of those links. As this appears to be an internet problem somewhere between your service provider and the servers there is nothing we can do to help. The only thing you can do is be patient and hope the problem is solved soon.

To the Developers, I'm wondering if all the problems I'm having, and continue to have, with loading and going from farm to farm, getting hired and locking up going from farm to farm, etc is from my recent laptop update. I have a Mac laptop from 2023 and I recently updated to MacOS Sequoia Version 15.5. All the other having similar problems, I'm wondering if they also have recently updated their computers. It seems it started right after I did the update.

This has to be a further issue than just connectivity problems with the internet. I can't load at all now. It's stuck on the black screen with the white design with the loading bar completely blank. No progress at all. I've tried to reload by clicking on "play", which usually works, but nothing this morning. I've contacted my internet service, my other apps, I've cleared my memcache more times this week than I have done in 5 years. I had to step away for a few minutes, and tried clicking "play" again and it finally loaded. This time it took over 15 minutes to load. Something is not right.

I loaded your farms this morning with no delay. Please note that when you clear your memcache it can take longer for you to load the game because it has to download all the graphics again to your computer. I am sure it is not a problem with your internet service provider. If that was it you would not even be able to get to the forums. But somewhere between your service provider and the game servers there is a problem that is delaying you loading your farms.

I'm one of the people that is affected by this. I am a computer person and have a number of friends that are IT people. When I describe what is happening, every single one of them says that this sounds like an issue with the game or the game servers, NOT the multiple steps between our computers and the FT servers. I have been sending error reports any time I get an error on the FT console, but it seems like those reports go into a deep, black hole because I'm not even getting acknowledgement any more. I am really tired of having to spend 8 or more hours on FarmTown doing tasks that should take less than an hour. I am forced to reload multiple times due to the game freezing. That reloading time and time again can't be good for the server load. I think the most frustrating part of this entire issue is that there has been no acknowledgement of the issue from Raul. A few days ago, while this issue was happening, there was a fix posted for the game, but there were no known issues according the fix release information. I beg to differ. This is a major issue and it would be nice to have the issue acknowledged other than "we aren't having an problems and it doesn't appear to be our servers as far as we know." To me, this sounds like a doctor telling us that a real problem is "all in our head."

I am sorry, but if this was affecting thousands then we would have thousands or reports here and in Support and that is not the case. If thousands were having this problem I doubt they would all sit back and not say something. Please understand we mods who play the game just as you do are scattered across the world as well and even the developers are not located with the servers.
