Please understand we mods who play the game just as you do are scattered across the world as well and even the developers are not located with the servers.
Thank you Taz. I'm just frustrated. Hopefully, something resolves itself so we can all get back to playing our favorite game!!! I know you and the developers are working to try to figure it all out and I certainly appreciate that. Thank you for all you do!!!

I have been sending error reports any time I get an error on the FT console, but it seems like those reports go into a deep, black hole because I'm not even getting acknowledgement any more. I am really tired of having to spend 8 or more hours on FarmTown doing tasks that should take less than an hour. I am forced to reload multiple times due to the game freezing. That reloading time and time again can't be good for the server load. I think the most frustrating part of this entire issue is that there has been no acknowledgement of the issue from Raul. A few days ago, while this issue was happening, there was a fix posted for the game, but there were no known issues according the fix release information. I beg to differ. This is a major issue and it would be nice to have the issue acknowledged other than "we aren't having an problems and it doesn't appear to be our servers as far as we know." To me, this sounds like a doctor telling us that a real problem is "all in our head."
Hi Penguin,
Then how do you explain that we can load your farms and do not have any problems with them. If there was a problem with the server or game program it would show us the same things you are seeing.
As far as known issues the developers can not see anything wrong with the program or the servers. If there was a problem like that with the server you are on then everyone on that server would have the same problem and that is not the case. As all of you having these problems are scattered across all 6 servers game servers with your farms. There is nothing common within the game or the servers to pinpoint.
Raul is aware of the issue and been checking the system trying to figure this out as well as we have been testing too. Nothing points to the servers or the programming because you are all experiencing different things when loading the game.
I am sorry and know how frustrating this is for you and it is frustrating for us to not figure out anything common that we can point to and say this is the problem. Your locations are all over the world, your farms are spread across the 6 servers for the game, and different browsers and computer types are used by all, so nothing is common. Nothing can be fixed if you don't find anything wrong that is in the developers control.
The errors you are getting are not a server error but are showing dropped data packets between you and the server which causes parts of the game to not fully load and function. If you are sending those error reports to Support then you will not get an response from them each time as there is currently no automatic response message being sent out.
Believe me if the developers find a problem with the programming or the servers we are quickly notified and they work to fix it.

Was in doing regular quests about 10 mins ago when the following popped up (I took screenshot but can't load it): "25-06-14 01:14:39.810 ERROR An abnormal situation has occurred: the PlayerLoop internal function has been called recursively. Please contact Customer Support with a sample project so that we can reproduce the problem and troubleshoot it." The numbers where it starts with 39.810 are slightly different at each of the "error codes". They run as follows: 40.810, 41.809, 42.810, 43.809, 44.809 and 45.809. Since I couldn't figure out how to post in here, I posted and asked for help in a group called (Facebook group name removed). I've now rebooted and will see what's going on.

Hi Lynnetimpeiro,
It was probably just a one time glitch. That particular error will usually repeat several times just because of the nature of it. Restarting your game sure clear it up. You might want to run the memcache just to be sure.

I am so glad I finally came to the forums, as I am having the same problem as the others, and for several days now. Sorry to say, I'm glad it's not just me. It's not my internet as all of my other functions online work perfectly fine. The game is loading slow. Slow loading from farm to farm. Slow opening the Facilities Manager. I refresh my screen so many times while playing the game. Sometimes it works well, and sometimes I have the issues I mentioned above. I am sure it will work out on its own eventually, but it's still annoying. I am patient....

Hi FarmersWife,
Every site you go to on the internet only uses 1 common link to your service provider. After that they branch out to different paths to get to the site servers. So while all of the other locations you go to are working fine, the path your data takes for the game servers may be having a slowdown problem in one of the many links it has to go through to get to the servers. The servers are working correctly. Unfortunately we do not have a way to check or control the links your data has to pass through to and back from the servers.

You say sometimes you have the problem and sometimes you don't For your own information I suggest you note the times it is slow and see if it is consistently slow at or arounda specific time. If it is then there may be heavy traffic on one or more of the links between you and the servers which is causing your slowdowns.

Thanks Taz...it's just something that I am hoping will work it's way out. We've never had a problem with heavy internet traffic slowing things down, even during COVID when people were working/doing school from home. Technology is wonderful, until it slows down or doesn't work. I am just grateful that the game is working, period! LOL

Hi Sonytone,
The only thing I can think of is your VPN is changing the path they are using to direct you to the game for security. Maybe talk to McAfee and see if there is something they can do to keep from switching at least for the game.
