Yes I am having the same problem. It opens and is all white. Don't show anything and can't close it, I have to refresh the page. I thought it was my computer being stupid.

Hi Greatgig and Dallace,

We are looking into this. In the meantime what you can try, doesn't always work, is hit the ESC button on your keyboard, to close the window and try again, or if there is something else you want to do on your farms instead of reloading.

Same here. I needed to see what uses I had for an ingredient and all I got was a white box. I had to refresh the game to get rid of it. It's happened to me in Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Edge, and Facebook Arcade. It only happens periodically. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.

Hi all

For users having problems with the Ingredient Planner getting a blank screen and slow loading, could you please check again?

If you have a big amount of facilities the loading could take about 20/30 seconds.

some ft friends not able to work facs still when I post. the response ft friend rec'd was "reserved for neighbours". I don't put specific invites on my posts. i thought this prob had been fixed. pls help, tyvm.
