I loaded your farms in both versions, facebook and website, without problems.

Mary, didn't do a thing but when i got back from the kitchen the game had loaded, must have been your magic wand.

Good morning,

Two days ago I was able to use both versions. I came back later the first day, and was unable to get into either version.

I spent all day troubleshooting to no avail. I am using Chrome with a WIN 10 laptop, I did try using a WIN 11 laptop and got same results. I have tried Firefox, but got same results. I did try the tests listed for WEBGL. I did not pass some of the tests, tried to fix issues with no success.

I really do not what has wrong and have exceeded my troubleshooting skills. I really need help. Sorry if this is posted in wrong place. I don't know where it belongs. Thanks!

Hi Jo,
Have you tried updating your browsers and computer? If you have to do any updates be sure you restart your computer.

What are you seeing when you try to load the 2 versions?

Please try all the suggestions in the first post on the first page of this thread as well as all the suggestions in the link included in that post.

more of an FYI as i had to contact support about my server issue ....

but did anyone know that if you are logged into the new platform and hit support to send in a ticket it kicks you back into Facebook ... even when your log in and pw for Sk are different from what I use on facebook ......

Please be sure that the browser and operation system in that computer are up to date.
After any update it is better to restart the computer.

Also, check your antivirus or firewall as it could be a security issue and the website is not trusted.

If nothing works for you, then please follow the suggestions given in the first post, first page of this thread.

When I'm trying to log into new site here's what I'm getting. What does that mean. I caan log in the game with FB, Opera browser but not with Chrome. All is update, mem cleared everywhere.
