It's a weird concept. Totally understand. The problems are only coming from the FB facility posts - not the SK site.

I've been having this problem since yesterday, it doesn't happen every time, but it's frequent enough that it is aggravating. Sometimes when I click to work a neighbors facs, it takes me to my farm instead. It also happens occasionally when I click on bonuses. (off the wall request page)
I've cleaned cache and memecache and my computer is up to date.

Hi Frostbiteagain,
Have you updated your browser?
Are you doing these through Facebook or through the website?


We have not been able to duplicate this.


When you click on a facility request are you just clicking on the link or are you right clicking on it to open it in a new tab window to work so you can keep the facility wall requests page open while working facilities?

Are you loading the game via a saved bookmark in your browser?
If you are, try loading it from the Facebook bookmark on the left side of Facebook or the Play FarmTown button a the top of the forum and see if you get the same problem in that the work request is taking you to your own farm.

If the same problem is happening after trying those:
  • Is the Friend connection on Facebook still there?
  • Is the Friend one of your Neighbours?
  • Is the Friend a Buddy?
  • Could you please also ask that friend if they have you as one of their Neighbours or Buddies.

the answers to your questions are:
yes, my browser is updated.
I play Farm Town through Facebook.
I am clicking on the facility link from the Facility Wall Request
I am loading the game from the Facebook bookmark on the left side of the page.
The friend is a Farm Town neighbor.

We are not sure what is going on as we have not been able to duplicate this. It seems to be only a few who are having this happen and even those are not getting this but intermitently.
Does it look like it's a specific facility the request had been posted from?
Is it only doing it with it's regs or service facs?

I'm trying to use my new account to work facilities posted to the wall. Can you please remind me what I need to do/have to get that automated? Right now, I have to work half of the facilities myself and then the Mayor works the rest.

Hi Susan

To get the Mayor working all facilities in all farms, you need 2 trains dispatched with at least 10 long cars (they cost farmcash) attached to each train.

Hi Dick Beloat

I moved your post to the thread for your problem.

In the website you post your facilities the same way you do from Facebook.

But, the posts will not show up in News feed or your Facebook profile.

They will only show up in Wall requests. Please remember you cant see your own posts in Wall requests. Only your friends can see them.

When you post from the website, you will see a floating message saying Request sent, which let you know it was posted to Wall Requests.
