OFFICIAL Wall Request Issues

I posted 4 Ingredient requests from my Premium Fodder factory last night. I have earned the FP2 reduced request period from 12 to 8 hrs privilege (The orange FP2 ticket is showing active on the product I need ingredients for on the request pop-up) but when I try to post the request for the same factory, a message pops up stating I can only request ingredients for that factory once per 24 hours and to try again in 15 hours so I am a little confused since the request period was reduced from 24 to 12 hrs a long time ago. I don't request ingredients very often so I have never noticed it until now.

I have cleaned everything out, used memcache, closed and reopened my browser and farm with no change.

Hi Storm.
As that facility is set to 24 hours between requesting again it is not going to shorten the time between them even with that reward. It is not governed by the normal 12 hour request limit.

Thanks, I thought all Facility ingredient request periods were the same 12-hour wait time across the board where ingredients could be requested.

This is more of a concern, my "other wall requests" only go back 5 hours now and almost 1/2 the page is of folks needing "free" gifts. I do understand the need for gifting but does it need to be on the wall requests where ingredients and bonuses are? Is it possible to have a separate page for them?

If you want to make a suggestion please post it in the Suggestions section where we organize them by subject for the developers to see. You can not start a new thread there but you can reply to one that fits your suggestion.

i have tried to work service facilities and factories with the option to work both at the same time. when i click on the option it says i need 4 diversified trains. i have 4 trains they all have 10 long cars attached but i can not get this option to work. any suggestions?

Hi Cyndi,
I moved your post to the thread about wall request issues. I have checked your trains. The train you have on farm 10 has 2 of the same car on it. You have 2 one door boxcars in that train. You can only have 1 of each car on a train. You will need to unload that train and remove one of those and add a different long car.

Not sure this is the correct forum but the last few days my facilities wall requests is not updating for one of my friend's regular facilities. Always shows ready to work even when I have worked it. His service facilities and all other friend facilities update correctly. Just strange.

Hi John

That means that after refreshing the Facility wall requests page that post is still white instead of pink?

If so, it could be that most of their facilities were already empty or almost empty when you worked them
If after a time they refill the facilities, then you can click again in the link and work the ones which were empty. The others will give you an ooopps

Also, some farmers use to post several times a day, but only using a set of facilities, so after working them, if they fill other facilities, you will be allowed to work them and the post doesnt change to pink.
