I think the arrow was showing for any other goal completed.

Each product for the Murano Glass Factory takes 2 hours to be completed. Maybe it was already filled when you tried to star products again.

In about 10 minutes, 10 Murano bowls will be completed so you will be able to start more.
Please do that and then check if they were registered.

It has been a couple of hours since I posted my question. I just tried to load the Murano bowls again - this time I only did a batch instead of using the "All" button. They still are not registering - it still says 0 completed.

Are you sure that you are using the Murano Glass factory?

You have it on your farm 6 but you also have the service facility, Murano Glass Shop on the same farm.

I visited your farm 6 and there is no batch started in the regular facility but the service facility is full.

Got it! I went and cleared my browsing history, then came back and loaded both the factory and the shop. It worked. LOL! That's the first time that clearing the browsing history actually worked for me. Thanks for your help.

Clearing your browser history had nothing to do with your quest. That would not do anything to the game.
