First and foremost, although it's wonderful you've finally moved to your own site, and the game seems to function fairly well similar to what we've generally been accustomed these several years. However, some functions you decided to change, perhaps really wanting to help us, but you've missed the mark. That is in reference to the gift box function. It's a disaster in my opinion. It's cumbersome and reimagines what was bad about FT in the beginning. It's no fun to play a game that has basic functions that will wear out your equipment - e.g. one's mouse by excessive clicking. Equally vexing is having to scroll through the gifts to return to the same gift repeatedly; or perhaps that fact that, upon entering the gift box one can see but a handful of the gifts and players, with space being eaten up with their pictures.
Now on to a second complaint: This complaint belongs in the feedback section, since that essentially what I am providing. Whether or not you pay attention or care to act on what I'm saying obviously is up to you. If not, it won't be the first time I've seen the developers not react to our complaints over the years. That's to be tempered by the fact that they have given us a decent game - decent but definitely beta. I complain about the placement of this little missive because two other players made similar complaints in the feedback section. They were told by Marcel that the "Suggestion Section" was where their input should be directed, and the thread was closed. That seems totally wrong, as neither was suggesting any method or form of change. They were providing feedback about a function in the game the developers changed from the FB version that they found objectionable. Now I'm here because I am not only providing feedback but a complaint to the developers and support folks about a function I find less than optimal.

The only closed post there, is the one where we give welcome to all farmers and rules for that section are stated.

Below that post, there are several open threads for farmers to use to post their ideas. One of them is for gifts so you can post there if you wish.

I am sorry but there are no free gift sites owned, run, or maintained by Slashkey so we are not permitted to help with those or allow details of any to be posted on the forum.

I am having to clear my memcache twice a week or more. Mostly it is messages about not having enough of some ingredient to produce some product when storage says I have plenty. Clearing memcache takes care of it. FWIW

Hi DeniseDJ,
You do not have to clear your memcache to get the bonus batch ingredients put back in your storage so you have enough to finish filling your facilities. The storage may show you have enough, but it also has not updated to reflect what you have used.
All you need to do is reload your farms by clicking the Play button. That will update your storage and add the bonus batch ingredients back in your storage to allow you to continue filling.
