There is a difference. The 'sunny cloud' that is for sale for Farm Cash has beams of sunshine all around streaming onto the farm. You don't notice it until you actually place it on your farm. I don't normally spend my farm cash on something that is basically useless, but I like my Sunny cloud

The sunny cloud is indeed the prettiest.The mist one,main problem(unless you are rich)Is (me) I could only mist a small area. The dark clouds needs to be toned down a bit (for me)

Hi, I have a question, can you actually buy duplicate tools that cost fc at first, then it's coins the other times you buy it, or does it cost fc everytime ?

Yes the second one is for coins. That was to prevent using FC for a second one and then wanting a refund for accidently buying a second one.
