This has been reported in the game but I wanted to make sure it was seen.

ETA: I didn't engage the poster and never even saw them in the game before I got this message.

Hi Lisa,
I moved your post to the thread about reporting inappropriate conduct. It is not necessary to post this in the forums. It will be taken care of through the game. Also when you submit your report it automatically blocks them from messaging you again. If enough others report them for this type of behavior they will eventually get banned from the game for a period of time. I am sorry this happened to you.

Just had someone in the market tell me it happened to them as well.

I've blocked and ignored.

Hi Lisa,
As moderators for the forum we do not have any thing we can do for this. You have already blocked/ignore them and that is all that can be done at the moment. Since avatar names are not unique we have no way of determining who they are. The game does know who they are when you report them through the game.
If the other player also reported them then that adds to getting them banned for a time from playing.

So any "ban" is only "temporary" and they can come right back to the game and harass someone else? What about PERMANENT IP banning?

Hi Lisa

It depends on how many times the person was reported by others and what they were saying or sending using ingame messages.

Not everyone is banned for the same time length, some can be banned for a few days such as a warning and others for more time like month/s or year/s.
