my question - what task(s) do farmers need to perform to get on the helping list. How long do they stay on the helping list after performing that task.

I moved your post to the thread about neighbors. For them to be on that list they have to do any of the tasks that neighbors or buddies can do including boosting your trains, working your facility request, helping on your farms when visiting, sending you a gift, and anything else they do for you.

Don't know there is a time limit as those would be your more active neighbors and buddies so constantly updating on the list.

When I remove a neighbor, does that stop the person from being able to visit my farm(s)?

Hi Lisa,
It does not prevent them from coming to your farms as long as they have a link to it. Only if you make sure and remove yourself as their neighbor as well. Part #4 in the first post of this thread explains how to do that.

Hi, I set my unavailable status for one day, and even though that day has expired, I can't undo it. It still shows me as Red. When I click on my avatar and set it to I'm Available, it returns "no changes are made to your status". How do I change it?

I moved your post to the thread for your problem.

Please clear your memcache, you have the link below the game screen where it says Clear Memcache.
You will see a list of unsettings, close that window and restart the game.

Then follow these instructions and see if they work for you:

• Log into the website and load your game.
  
  
• Then click on your Avatar so that you see the Avatar menu.
  
  
• Scroll down and click on Set Unavailable.
  
  
  
  
  
• You will then see the Edit your Availability window, if the time has not run out yet you will see the date it is currently set for, towards the bottom of the window.
  
  
  
  
  
• If at this point the date is still correct you can just click on the red X to close the window and it will remain set as it was.
  
  
• To change your status back to Available, click on the drop down arrow and then click on the I'm Available option at the top of the list:
  
  
  
  
  
• To confirm the setting, click on the green check mark.
  To cancel the change click on the red X instead.
  
  
• When you change your status back to I'm Available, you will then see your background colour change back to normal in the Neighbour bar.

Hello All,
While I'm not new to FT I have never done a lot of the things on here, I just played. I would like to find some that need an SN, but not sure how to go about doing this. I also do not know how to even go about putting a link to my farms on here to find other people that would need a SN. I am certainly not new to the game, played since near beginning, but never got into a lot of things. Can I get anyone that might need a SN please. I don't want to do massive farms daily as I don't use an auto clicker. I do play daily and do quests and am at the very top level. Please help me if you can.

I moved your post to the thread about Neighbors, Superneighbors and Buddies.

I saw you have already posted your request in the thread to ask for neighbors.
So you only need to know how to do your link. You have the information in the following thread:

Once you have your farm link, then you can edit your post in Neighbor/Buddy Request thread and add your farm link.
Then click in Save button.
