Still looking for buddies/neighbours. When I need someone to harvest my farm, i always check to see if buddy/neighbour is available first, before I look re-hire.
Also I usually only hire one person at a time to harvest whole field & I do try to trade my work with another farmer.
I visit my farm daily & send out gifts every time I visit. I can also send out requested gifts :-)
