Any one know what level you had to get to unlock peas it seems like foreever and am at level 17-18

Flowers are or were supposed to be available in 2 weeks its be more than 2 weeks and flowers are still locked ! As is other items like seed and trees and others things or one has to do alot of stuff in order to move up to next level as well as somethings cost to much in coins. Does the person who runs Farmtown care or take care of things to get things unlocked .
