I hired someone to plow, they did, but the plots stayed at 0% indefinitely. I finally reloaded the page and the plots were unplowed. I don't know if they received the XP for it or not - we tried plowing it twice, with same results. I have cleared cache, browsers, etc. What is going on? I believe I have lost some planted crops this way in the past couple of days, also. My farm is linked to you. Please let me know what else I can do, or wait for to be done.
