Hi,
I'm sorry but we do not have any control over facebook policies. There is no way to do what you ask. There is no way to transfer from one farm to another and technically there is nothing missing so nothing to refund. Only thing i can suggest is you see if facebook can ask you for other types of confirmation that you would be willing to give.
