Hi Jenny, this is not the place to post in the forums as we do not get notification when you post here. I just happened to check and saw this.
The thread in Help & Support to post in for this is the Plowing, Seeding & Harvesting thread.

There is no way for us to clear corruption on all your farms without causing you to lose a lot, specially if you have facilities, flowers, trees and/or waters layered over the crop plots. The only thing I can suggest is for you to delete all the crop fields on the farms you think are corrupt, refresh the farm and delete any fields that show back up. Repeat until no more fields show. Then you can replow the fields.

Dont know if this is the right place but hopefully someone can help...thought I would have a go at layering my crops but it has messed up my farms really bad...cannot get them back as they were and have tried rebooting, replanting, re plowing to no avail..Look like they are corrupted, driving me mad...T.I.A
