Hi,
When you click on your storage icon, make sure the filter top right is set to "all" to show everything in there. It sounds like you may have set it to another filter.
If it's not that, to rectify and clear any data related to FT that may have caused the problem, try clearing your browser caches. Also try clearing your FTmemcache. To do that
Click Here then close the window that opens and FT if you have it open in another window.
