The forums have never been a secure site because it is an open forum. However your information on here is secure. Only the administrators can see your email address or get to your account data, so we can help with solving problems and questions you have. No one can see your password, so there is no need to constantly change it.

Hi all! Love the new stand alone game. I have noticed that I am unable to not use Chrome, picture #1 comes up, and although I can and do use Firefox right now, picture #2 always comes up. Any advice would be appreciated. I am on a mac in case that makes a difference in the operating system. I hope the attachments are here.

I moved your post to the thread about loading problems.
First make sure your browsers and computer system are updated. If you do have to do updates then be sure to restart your computer after you do those.
If that doesn't work please try all the Suggestions in the first post of this thread including those in the link in that post.

I keep getting this error message when I log in to farmtown, or when I hit "Play". Is it a problem?

Is that error preventing you to work your farms or to do any other feature for the game?

Please be sure your browser and operation system are both up to date. If you need to do any update, then please restart your compute.

I constantly have to close and we close the game, just to do one thing. I’m a little frustrated I had to do it like eight times this morning alone, and could not look at my neighbors co-op quest so I could get some help I just hope that they upgrade the servers very soon now that the game is gone from Facebook

I also use chrome as my browser and I do not have any problem and have been playing through the website since several weeks.

Please be sure your browser and your computer operting system are up to date.
After any update it is better to restart your computer.

Also try all suggestions given in the first post, first page of this thread

No, not that I know of, I just didn't know if I should be concerned. I do keep everything up to date.
