The problem is with it being so intermitent that it is very difficult for the developers to be able to pinpoint the problem and correct it.

Are you still having problems loading the game?

If so, first thing to check is if your browser and operation system are up to date.

I dont know which browser you are using, but if it is Chrome, then it is not updated according to the message you posted.
