Did you check to make sure your computer is upto date?
What web GL does your computer say it supports? If it is 1.0 then that may be no longer supported in Chrome. It would have to support 2.0 now.
Have you tried a different browser to see if it will load in it?


It is not a game issue. I have loaded your farms without any problems.

Hi Taz, the laptop is definitely up to date. Technology is a fickle thing, I've had help and found an update for the driver for the laptop , a link I had the other day wasn't working so I had to go in sideways,lol. So the driver is most certainly up to date now. Oh, I've also enabled something using an access *flags*, if that makes sense,lol.

I can't find anywhere on the laptop that says which version of Web GL I'm using, but now that I have the driver update I will see how that affects it.

Thanks for trying to help, if I still have problems tomorrow (Weds.) I will come back here with an update.

Please copy and post here the first 10 lines of the FT Console. In that it should tell you what version of Web GL the laptop is using.

Yes that does look like it. The list does not show the whole version number for Chrome unfortunately. Check your Chrome and make sure it is version 113.0.5672.127 which is the latest update.
Have you tried any other browsers to see if it will load in those?


What else are you running when you are trying to play? If you have too much open running that can cause Web GL to fail.


The only other thing I can suggest is go through all the suggestions in the first post including those in the link there.

Hi Taz, the list only gives part of the Chrome number, I have checked 2 different ways to find out and Chrome is up to date on my laptop. I also use Edge, I have another Facebook account for the game, and I occasionally have them both open at the same time, but the game is crashing when I have only one account open, and I don't normally have more than 1 other window open for looking at other sites.

As I uploaded a new driver yesterday I will see how it goes when I play later on today. Thanks again.

Does the one in Edge open ok to the game? If that is the case then something in your Chrome is causing the problem.

Hi Taz, I've used both Chrome and Edge today and it appears it's working fine, the game didn't crash at all. So I can only think that by updating the NVIDIA driver it's solved the problem.

am i really the only one with this continued problem? FT may work one minute and not the next.
i've updated everything there's to update like my Chrome browser. i went through every problem solver at least 3-4 times by now and i still, like right now, have problems getting into FT because of this:

i'm trying to find out what the problem is and how and if i can fix it.

oddly enough i just got in through FB.... but i've bookmarked the link for the suggestions thread.

periodically while harvesting or loading trains, my page crashes and says "an embedded page in 1slashkey does not support WEBGL". Any suggestions? I am using Chrome on my pc.

Clearing Memcache on FT website
 

I was wondering if there is a link available to clear memcache on the new FT website. When I use the old one it always goes to the facebook version. Does that work for the new website too? I only use facebook for gifts now.

Please be sure your browser is up to date and also if you have any pending update from Windows or Mac in case you use it.
After an update it is always better to restart your computer.

If that doesnt help, then clear your browser cache. Take in mind that after a clearing, the game will load slowly as all graphics have to be loaded again.

I had shut down computer and the browser several times and some how the last reset did the trick and it all worked

No matter where you run memcache it clears your data on the server and forces it to be reloaded, so you get a clean load.

Trouble staying green plug hope it is a transient issue.

Also the servers are being EXTREMELY slow right now.

Clear memcache for web version?
 

I forgot it. I know it's been posted before, but can someone please post it again?

My farm is suddenly giving me the WebGL supported but disabled error - I haven't disabled it. Thought clearing cache and memcache would be the first place to start. I'm also open to other ideas.

I have just loaded both versions, Facebook and Website without problems.

If Facebook is down or having problems for you, then it could be something temporaly or maybe they are updating some of their servers.

As you can load the game in the Website then you can continue playing there and check facebook from time to time.

game went poof, and FT is not on the shortcut bar or FB ap settings,,,, assuming slashkey in jail again ???
