While trying to buy FC, the transaction failed, but I managed to correct what was wrong and made the purchase. Not I have this "banner" over my farm telling me how to get back to the transaction. When I follow the instructions, there are no purchase to "restore". Is there a way to get rid of the banner?? I've logged out and back in and it's still there. Thanks.

where do I report that both my farms have been hacked? Farmcash has been used for things I would never purchase and Ive been away from farmtown since 12th Dec Just came back on today and find I only have 30 FC in both accounts and things have been purchased while I wasn't even on FT. Ive changed my password on one account but can't on the other because my gmail address is storage full.

Hi I have been away on holiday in Australia since the 12th of Dec and have just logged into my farm accounts for the first time since I got home and someone has been on my account ( no I haven't given my password to anyone). They have enabled ships, which I haven't done for years and spent all but 30 of my FC, Most of it yesterday on stuff I wouldn't purchase. Theres almost 700FC gone from one account and 112FC gone from the other account, also spent on my account \, but NOT by me on stuff I didn't buy because I haven't been on FT since 12th Dec 2023. Help

Tried to buy some farm cash today using my credit card. Had to have a secret code sent to my email. Didn't come through. Clicked to have the code resent. Waited and waited, refreshing my email over and over, and it never did come. Thank goodness I also have PayPal so was able to buy it that way. Please check on this to make sure the secret code is being sent like it's supposed to be. I bought the FC earlier today and the code still has never shown up in my email.

Those are done by either PayPal or Stripe depending on which you choose. It is most likely your bank or credit card company were asking for the code. That Farm Town has no control over. |

banner above farm
bought farm cash feb 3. had a minor issue -- fixed it. got the farm cash on feb 3. but have had the banner above farm ever since about if I didn't get it. I thought it would remove itself after the 10 days. if I go to restore, just tells me that there is nothing to restore (which is true). how long does it usually take for the banner to be removed?

Purchased wrong farm cash item
Hi, I hope you can help please. I accidently purchased an excavator for 50 farm cash. It is not what I thought it would be, so I am asking for my 50 farm cash back please so that i can spend it on something I need and want. I really do not want or need an excavator. Facilities
My Farm one has had 215 facilities showing even after I have placed several more. How come it is not showing the ones I added in the total? This is even after I added the facilities and went back in the next day. Does it show regular purchases only and not farm cash items?

Missing coins.
I have not sold unwanted items for quite awhile. tonight, I sold a LOT of unwanted products, excess and not needed products. I had over 72,000,000,000 coins, I sold millions of stuff I do not need, and I still have the same amount of coins.
I ran the mem-cache a few times, with no results. How can I get my coins back? (or products) I wanted to purchase more farm space, but still have the same amount of coins I started with. very upset about this, so please help. |

I tried to buy Farm Cash tonight with the new Stripe thing and at first it was trying to send a text to my house phone but then I got it to send an email instead. I refreshed over and over and over and had the code resent two more times, but I never did get it. I was able to go back and choose PayPal instead and did buy my farm cash, but I just wondered what went wrong that I never did get the secret code in my email. Also I'd like to know if Stripe will work with Discover card. It's not pictured with the other cards but I don't know if those are just examples. Thanks a bunch! |

As far as I know to use Stripe itself you have to have an account with them just like you have to have a Paypal account. I have not tried to set onee of those accounts up as I have Paypal and prefer them, so I am not sure about the procedure for setting it up. I would use a cell phone number instead of a home phone. That way they can send a text. Or you can use a credit card through Stripe without having an account with them which is what I do. As far as Discover card I can't tell you whether it would work as I only have Mastercard accounts. Edit: You can pay without a link (text at the bottom) and it won't store your card information in Stripe. |
I had this problem last month, and still have the same issue. I am not able to purchase the new farm pass through paypal. Last month I was able to get it purchased with a credit card and stripe, but I don't want to use my credit card for this I'd rather use paypal. I also tried to buy farm cash yesterday through paypal and the game could not configure the store after I click that I want to use paypal. None of the settings have changed on my computer since my last successful paypal purchase so I don't understand why I can't accomplish the purchases now.
