farm 18 not loading just hangs

One of my farms will not load, just hangs and I can't access anything there, other farms seem to be working ok, any suggestions?

OK so I loaded the game then did a few things (quests and what not). Exited the game and reentered and all my buildings, facilities, etc in the above outlined photo was UNCHECKED.
Had to manually reset everything. Exited the game and reentered and all was working.

I had to type this twice because I lost pasted info so this really isn't everything I wanted to say about it.

It was not an error, I unchecked all Show..... options in your account.

I saw you on this thread for several minutes and thought you were having issues loading the game so I unchecked those options to help you to load your farms.

Wish you'd had some way to let me know that. I WAS having issues. The game wouldn't load the "made with unity screen" then it loaded a grey screen. I thought I was losing it...

ETA: Game is fine now.

And are you still having the unity screen and the grey screen?

If so, be sure your browser and your computer system are up to date. After any update please restart your computer.

If that doesnt work for you, then follow all suggestions given in the first post, first page of this thread.

Everything is fine now. Loaded correctly. Leaving this forum and the game for now.

I am getting this message.... An embedded page at l1,slashkey.com says TypeError: window.parent.GameCtrOpenConsole is not a function. I don't know who I can fix that.

Have you kept up with your routine browser clearing, browser updates and computer updates? If not please make sure that you do those, close the browser and reopen it. Some browser clearing will log you out of various sites so you will need to know the login details.

Could you also be using a saved bookmark in your browser to play FarmTown?
If you are, please try loading it from the Facebook bookmark on the left side of your News Feed or you can use the Play FarmTown button at the top of the forum.

If those don't help please let us know exactly what it is that you are doing when you get that embedded message, and if it's a specific farm that it's happening with which farm.

farm page is now blank
 

I can't get to my farm now, was just on it and clicked the My requests tab to start working on neighbor's facilities and the page went blank and shows nothing but the blue Fb logo, have closed out my browser, cleaned cache and cookies and used memcache and had to go into my browser history to get to the last page for my farm I was on just to take a screenshot.

I followed exactly your steps and had no problem loading the game.

Please be sure that your browser and computer system are up to date and also follow follow all suggestions given in the first post, first page of this thread.
Remember to restart your computer if you do any update.

I got it fixed, was my antivirus blocking the page but now I have the new Fb gaming page like other users .. blah :(:(

Farm Town seems to be down and is not reacting at all.

I moved your post to the Help & Support thread about loading problems because this has nothing to do with the current release. The servers are up and running correctly.
First make sure your computer and browser are up to date. If you have to do any updates be sure you restart your computer so they will take affect.

Please try the suggestions in the first post of this thread including the ones in the link listed there.

Why cant i ever get in marketplace?
 

I can never seem get into marketplace been going on for months now. on a rare occasion i get into trade marketplace but maybe once a week. This has really been going on for months and months don't tell me use google or Firefox as I can't i have been using windows edge forever. my google has another Facebook name on and I don't know password and so does Firefox. I use edge. I wont be buying anymore farm passes because i can't complete your outrageous requests if i can't get in. I am so stressed out on this and ready take a break if doesn't get fixed.

What do you see when you try to load the markets?


Make sure your Edge and computer are upsdated. If you have to do any updates then be sure to restart your computer.


You know you can log out of the other Facebook name in Chrome and Firefox and log into the one you are using in Edge. You are not limited to using one Facebook account in any browser.


The markets are working fine and there is nothing that we can fix about them. It has to be something Edge or your computer is blocking. Do you use CCleaner with Kamos installed? If so uninstall the Kamos part of that.

If you cant load the game in any of the platforms, then check if your browser and computer system are up to date.
After an update is always better to restart your computer.

If that is not the problem then follow all suggestions given in the first post, first page of this thread.

Also, I hid everything in your farms, like trees, waters, crops etc to make it easier for you to load it. You will need to click in your preferences, the wrench, and put a check mark to the Show ....... options you want to see again.

Still can't connct to FT on either FB or slashkey

Please try clearing your memcache (link below), then when the page of unsetting text opens close that as it is done.
If your farm is open close it. Then reopen and try again.

Stuck at Intro Screen
 

I was working other facilities and when I tried to load another facility after finishing one I get a dark loading screen. I tried going through Farmtown.com instead of FB bu have the same result.

It is just we are getting a new build, 472 and the game has to update all information.

Just be patient and if it doesnt load in a few minutes, click in Play button again.
