If the daily goal is harvest 26 figs, do those have to be on MY farm or can someone hire me? Tried harvesting on another farmer's farm and it didn't "take".

Farm 21, the Supreme Locomotive is showing "Dispatched" in the farm AND train manager. The two regular locomotives aren't showing dispatched in the farm and NEITHER are showing up AT ALL in the Train...
